Kayla
It is hard to believe we are celebrating Kayla' 4th birthday on September 30th. It seems like we just celebrated her third (our first with her). She has grown so much and enriched our lives so completely. We are having a Curious George birthday party for her on Saturday with some friends and family, it should be a blast.
Kayla loves school, Curious George, books and crafts. She loves to do "wesseling" with Ben and squeals with delight when Gabe comes in the door! And what a trooper she was through all of the baseball we had this summer, definetly Ben's #1 fan.
Kayla, we can't even imagine our lives without you!
We love you so much Mommy, Daddy, Gabe and Ben!

What a great day! Nine years and counting! He still gives me goose bumps!
A crazy first year, marriage-passing of Lee's dad, my mom-Ben arrives-all within the first 11 and 1/2 months. WOW! If that doesn't break you, what will?
Our life together is amazing and wonderful and only gets better. Who wouldn't be happy when your husband treats you like a princess all the time? Three great kids - Gabriel, Benjamin and Kayla only add to the joy. We are so blessed - it scares me sometimes. I wish everyone in the world, especially my children, are so blessed too.!
Lee, your the best!!
Oh, limited pictures as I'm usually the one behind the camera, most of these were probably taken by Ben.

We have an 8 year old! Wow! Happy Birthday Ben!
We love you so much!! Love, Mom and Dad.
What a ride this child has given us. Ben is sweet, kind, caring,
a great little brother to Gabe and great big brother to Kayla.
He likes Suite Life, Drake and Josh, All 3 High School Musical movies and knows the words to most of the songs. He loves Rock Band and need I even say it BASEBALL, golf and fishing and pretty much watches any sports show dad does, which is most everything. He loves to cook and makes the best cheese omelets (even better than dad's) hands down. Life with Ben is not without challenges as he grows, but it is as it should be. Ben has truly blessed our life!

Summer Begins
WOW! What a busy couples of weeks. April 25th marked Gabe's milestone...graduating cum laude from Flagler College. A great party on May 9th attended by family and friends helped us to celebrate this wonderful occasion.

Additionally on the April 25th-26th weekend, Ben's travel ball team the Ocala Rotary Raptors won their first USSSA tournament in Altamonte Springs. The whole team did a great job and Ben batting average for the tournament was .875. Great Job!!
We were lucky to have Noonie up for another visit and it included Mother's Day. We had our annual picnic at the Municiple Golf Course for Symphony Under the Stars.
Ben and Kayla finish school this Friday, the 22nd so our busy summer schedule begins. Obviously more baseball and day camps for Ben. Kayla is having some swimming lessons and this is just in the first four weeks.
Summer is here!!!
Love to ALL!!

Congratulations Gabe!
Hello Everyone;
I would like to dedicate this update to Gabriel Jacobs-Kierstein, graduating from Flagler College this Saturday, April 25th, with honors. We are so proud of you and all you've accomplished this last four years.
We will be spending time with Gabe in St. Augustine this weekend and look forward to watching him walk. We recently got to see another play of his, but he was director this time. They were five, one-act plays and they were all done very well. This was one of his last school requirements.
Well Done Gabe! We Love You!

Spring Break
Hello All;
Well, I haven't exactly kept my promise of a weekly update but here we are again. The kids are on spring break which really means, no baseball for a week. Ben's record with the Red Sox is 5 wins-3 losses. He is doing great. We have 4 games left in regular season
Our plan is to go spend some time in Crystal River but the whether my not cooperate for boating this week.
Ben and I took Kayla to see the Easter Bunny, she had a great time and is very excited about spending Passover/Easter with her Washington cousins at Aunt Lysee and Uncle Mark's.
Hope all is well with everyone. Please enjoy or blog. New pictures and song to be update soon.

One Week Down
We had a great visit with Noonie last weekend. We kept her busy with baseball, Gabe's play and play time with Kayla. Here are Ben's two biggest fans!
Ben started his season with the Redsox with two wins, 11-4 and 13-4 (this was actually a come from behind win in the 5th inning) He had 5 RBI and although a little sluggish in the beginning of the second came, he rallied with two amazing short stop to first base outs to keep the Braves from scoring further.
Gabe's play was awesome. Unfortunately no photos yet of his great make up. He played one of three God's in "The Good Person of Szeuan.
Busy week to come, one of Lee's associates just had twin boys yesterday so he is back to work 5 days a week for awhile, poor baby!
This is what's happening here! Love to All!

Kayla has been looking forward to Noonie's visit all week. Noonie has only just arrived and is playing matching with Kayla already.
Gabe is in another play which starts this weekend, we plan to go Saturday night. It is entitiled "The Good Person of Szecuan". I'm sure it will be great
